Jason’s Comedy Night showcases the Twin Cities best comedians, surprise novelty acts, and other argonauts of entertainment. A former WCCO late-night radioman and KOOL 101.7 morning host, bespectacled host Jason Jones discards the long format of a traditional comedy show, instead delivering a mix of shorter acts and featured performers. A lounge act kicks off shows with a mixture pop hits, setting the stage for left-of-center performers such as a pizza dough-throwing wunderkind, awakening audience members’ long-buried memories of UFO abduction.

Jason Jones hosts Jason’s comedy night. He is a Comic, Producer and DJ in the Twin Cities. From 1998 to 2003 he hosted the Jason Jones show that aired late night on the weekends on WCCO radio.

Jodie Maruska
For seventeen years, Jodie has performed comedy in clubs and at events and corporations across the country. Highlights include opening for Canadian singer Lucie Blue Tremblay at WomenFest outside of Philadelphia, and appearing at the Hollywood Academy Awards AIDs Fundraiser at the venerable State Theater in Minneapolis, the only fundraiser sanctioned by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. She is a regular in the popular “Women Out All Night” comedy shows that play rooms across the Upper Midwest. Jodie’s sassy...she’s unpredictable...and she’s hilarious!

Marvin Howard has been featured on Comedy Central's Half Hour Comedy Hour and Bernie Mac's Mac Midnight Show at the Cotton Club in Chicago. He is a former member of Comedy Sportz in Chicago.
Comedy is the therapeutic Chicken Soup to the Soul!!!!!!!! Howard’s comedy is innocent, smart, and truthful. He entertains young kids and adults all the way up to 80 years old. Howard is the funniest person he knows.
Dean Johnson
A Stand up Comedian, and an Actor, he has appeared in comedy clubs all around the U. S., and Canada, and has appeared as the opening act for the Smothers Brothers. Recently, Dean played The Mayor in JAWS, THE MUSICAL, and was featured in the 2011 Fringe Festival hit show, CHANGE YOUR UNDERWEAR, CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
Dean's comedy consists of ad libs, satirical impressions stories, and punch lines ranging from the clever to the ridiculous. You're bound to laugh when he picks up his tiny guitar, and sings one of his own comedy songs on such topics as THE WORLD'S LARGEST BALL OF TWINE.
It's always a hoot when Dean Johnson, a true original, takes the stage!
